Canadian Adventure Camp is proud to be in partnership with Camp Canada by Nyquest who assist in the careful prescreening and hiring of international staff at CAC.

Camp Canada provides excellent international staff every summer, many of whom have returned year after year and transitioned into leadership positions.

Charitable Partners

Every summer, CAC partners with two amazing charities - Kids in Camp and Amici Charity. Both charities give children in Canada the opportunity to attend summer camp.

Kids in Camp provide financial support of camperships at Ontario Camps Association accredited camps. strive to give opportunities for children to develop long-lasting relationships and to acquire lifelong skills.

Amici Camping Charity empowers young people in financial need to discover their full potential at overnight summer camps across Ontario.

Canadian Adventure Camp is a proud member of the Canadian Camping Association, Ontario Camps Association, Lifesaving Society Ontario, Water Ski Wakeboard Ontario and Gymnastics Ontario.

Local Area Involvement

We have a strong relationship with the Temagami community and with the Teme Augama Anishnabe (Temagami Bear Island First Nation).

We provide sponsorships for local children from the Temagami Public School and from the Bear Island Reserve.

We participate in many local functions and are members of the Temagami Chamber of Commerce and the Temagami Lakes Association.

Scholarships & Subsidies

We annually sponsor children from the local area and the Temagami First Nation to attend two or four week sessions at camp.

We work with both the Amici Foundation and Kids in Camp Charity to provide camp stays for children who might otherwise not be able to attend due to financial limitations.
