Junior Counsellor or Junior Coach
The Final Stage of the Youth Leadership Program
Upon completing Leadership Two, individuals are eligible to apply for a junior staff position as either a junior counsellor or a junior coach at CAC the following summer.
Junior staff are 18 years of age, full staff members, and will be paid. Junior staff will also have the opportunity to continue to develop their leadership skills through mentorship and guidance.
