Alive Alert Awake with Britt
The first Get Movin’ segment by Britt is to get you active and out of those chairs. Have an alive, alert, awake, and enthusiastic day with this fun movement break. She'll show you everything you need to know - don't forget to sing along and bring your enthusiasm. Let's get moving!
Tie-Dye Tuesday with Bobby
Join Bobby for a crowd favourite, #TieDyeTuesday! She'll teach you how to make your own dye using some of the items from your kitchen! No need to buy dye kits. Here are the things you need:
- Plain white tee
- White vinegar
- Food coloring
- Rubber bands or hair elastics
- Disposable water bottle or squirt bottle

Napkin Rose with Clara

S'mores with Jesse
Campfire roasted marshmallow placed in the middle of two crispy graham crackers is not just nostalgic but delish! And of course, the best part - chocolate! Despite the absence of summer camp this year, you can create this tasty summertime staple.
Tune in with Jesse for some delectable indoor s'mores making! Who knew you didn't need a campfire to make these yummy treats. Be sure to get the help of a parent when using the microwave to make sure your plate is microwave safe and to handle the plate as it will be hot at the end.

Puzzles are a great way to improve your memory and problem-solving skills! Tune in with Paul for some magnificent mind games. He's got some CAC word scrambles and a few riddles to challenge you!
Summer Bucket Lists with Amie

Halloween Baking with Justine
Get ready to celebrate Summerween with Justine and these Halloween themed cupcakes! Be sure to get a parent or guardian's help in the kitchen, and especially while baking your cupcakes, as the oven or BBQ and trays will be hot. Here's what you'll need:

- 4-5 cups icing sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ cup flour
