The Canadian Adventure Camp virtual tour is a java applet.
If you find the tour is not loading properly try downloading the latest version of the
OR
A. If a puzzle piece appears in the virtual tour window with a message that the plugin is missing, click on the puzzle piece as directed and follow the instructions.
B. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you see that there is a X in the top corner of your screen, the plugin is already installed but needs to be enabled. To enable the java web applet plugin, follow these instructions:
- Close the Virtual Tour window
- In the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser at the top, click on Tools
- Find and click on Manage Add-ons... and the Manage Add-ons window should appear
- Under Disabled, look for and click on the Web Browser Applet Control
- With Web Browser Applet Control highlighted, go to the Settings box below and click on Enable
- Click OK
- Now, try again by clicking here: virtual tour
