Another Great Summer!
Hello C.A.C. Alumni! As promised in April the alumni news is back after another terrific summer!
In this issue we have some great pictures from this past summer including some adult camp pictures, some wedding news to announce and some big news about all things C.A.C. so read on!

Read what thes enthusiastic campers had to say;
I’ve been to many camps. All different and fun in their own ways but none compare to C.A.C. It had the biggest variety of activities regardless of the size of camp. I met the most amazing people and created so many memories that I know will last a lifetime. Camp is the highlight of my summer so I’m happy I chose C.A.C. The food was good but the best thing was the people. My counsellor was hilarious and made the two weeks go by really quick. I also can not believe how many people I got to know is so little time! I can’t wait to come back next year!
The summer of ’06 in CAC was the best summer in all my life. The people were awesome and the counsellors and staff were even better. I really enjoyed the activities and I got to try them all because I was in general, ski and tramp programs. I loved the overnights and the changeovers!
Our overnight with three cabins telling stories! The last session campfire when it rained so hard during the mellow section and everyone slowly fell to sleep to the sound of rain on the gym roof. Getting ready for banquet with some of my best friends. Trying to make up a cabin offering was hilarious! Meeting more great friends every year! The last morning when everyone said goodbye.
Some of the new additions to C.A.C. this year were new Laser Pico Sailboats, a new Air Nautique for wakeboarding and "The Wheel" also known as "The Wheel of Awsome". Campers got to spin the wheel if they're cabin won cabin insepction for that day. The prizes on the wheel changed regularly!

New Laser Pico's!

The "Wheel of Awsome!"

Air Nautique
Adult Camp 2006 was another success! With over 30 adult campers and 60 N.C.C.P. students everyone had a lot of fun!

Tara Aldis, a former camper now Adult Camper and wakeboarder!

Skip came down to the ski dock to get some Adult camp shots with Tim Mills and Tim's Fiance Nicki Cretian.

The Adult Camp tradition continues with the "Group Shot" taken every year at the end of the week.
Well the C.A.C. rumor mill has been in operation since 1975 and is still churining out gossip. What would camp be without gossip? Since our fabulous reunion event in April of 2004, a lot has happened in the relationship departmant. Many of our past campers and staff who were at C.A.C. at different times, found they had a lot more in commen with each other than just camp!

Cathy Luba (now Cathy Hibbert) and Curtis Hibbert spent their honeymoon at C.A.C. third session! Cathy coached water skiing and Curtis was back in the gym. What a great honeymoon!

Kevin Smith proposed to Tara Thornton in the waters of Maya Beach in Thailand. Best of luck to you guys!
Since 1986 our giant water slides have been a lot of fun for the campers and staff.

After 20 years of service we decided it is time to retire them and make way for something a little bigger...

The new slide is still in pieces in Flintstone Field but plans are underway to put it together in the Spring of 2007!
That's it for this edition of the C.A.C. Alumni News! We hope you have enjoyed catching up with all things C.A.C.!
Until next time...

Goodbye from all of us at C.A.C. World Headquaters!
